Build Systems That Fly.

Prime-Level Rigor. Small-Business Speed.

Build autonomous systems alongside a small team of engineers working on some of the most challenging problems in defense and aerospace.

GuideTech aerospace engineer designing spacecraft electronics and embedded systems

At GuideTech, you’ll work on UAVs, precision strike systems, spacecraft, counter-UAS platforms, hypersonic technologies, and next-generation aerospace systems.

Electronic Board Design

Design the electronics that power next-generation autonomous aerospace systems. Our engineers develop flight computers, electronic speed controllers (ESCs), gimbals, camera systems, RF hardware, and other mission-critical electronics that fly on real defense and aerospace programs.

Embedded Software

We’re developing FLEX, our flight software framework for autonomous systems. Your code won’t sit in a server rack. It’ll fly. On UAVs, interceptors, spacecraft, and hypersonic vehicles.

AI/ML

AI planning, reinforcement learning, tracking, detection, and classification. We apply AI and autonomy to real-world aerospace problems, from collaborative unmanned systems and mission planning to perception and decision-making in contested environments.

What We Value

  • Technical curiosity
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Creative problem solving
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • Team-first collaboration
  • A passion for building things that fly
